I'd say that's not within the spirit of the rules (and almost actually illegal) as it could be argued it's a driver activated moveable aerodynamic device. With the oil you can argue pumping it through some metal is actually "cooling the oil".

Press "n" until the player list comes up, then next to the player who sent you the setup there will be a green "S" - click it, input a name and click ok. Then go to your garage and will be in there as long as you have the right car selected

As much as I hate him as a person, he is an amazingly good racing driver. Deserves to be at the top of the standings. Not sure actually how bad the Ferrari is given how relatively well Massa did.
